Objective
Development of the creative concept for the «Welcome Veranito 2022» party, managing its organization and the production of all necessary creative pieces for the event.

Context
At Pulsa, we organize two major annual events aimed at the advertising sector, TV channels, and media agencies. These are the «Welcome Veranito» (Barcelona) and «Bye Bye Veranito» (Madrid) parties, marking the start and end of summer, respectively.

These parties are known for their thematic and stylistic renewal each year. For this edition, we were inspired by Music Festivals to set the atmosphere and design of our events.

Solution
Celebrating its twentieth anniversary, Pulsa Media Consulting draws inspiration from the dynamic energy of music festivals for its grand celebration. These iconic and eagerly anticipated summer events take on even more significance in 2022, as it is the first year they can be organized following the pandemic pause.

Thus, to commemorate this anniversary and honor this special return, we conceived the «Welcome Veranito Festival,» designed to be one of the most memorable events of this summer.

We designed a logo inspired by the vibrant energy of music festivals, under the slogan «Everything Comes Back.» This slogan celebrates both the return of music festivals and the return of our beloved Welcome Veranito parties. We complemented the design with a color palette that evokes the summer sunsets, typical of festival nights.

After defining the creative concept, we developed several branding and promotional elements. These included informative newsletters distributed through Mailchimp, customized fans, cups and stickers, lanyards with staff cards, a photocall, and a photobooth with custom print designs.

Additionally, we created different stands at the party. These featured a roulette area with promotional merchandise gifts, a space with a custom cake and cupcakes designed according to the event theme, a 360º video area, an installation with a giant «P» where attendees could write messages and greetings, and an eye-catching vertical garden photocall with a customized neon sign.
